Question: Does customized product take a long time?
Ans: Basic color can be produced within 15 days (Counting from the ordered day). One month is required for special color.
Question:How about product’s lifecycle? How to maintain the product? Product’s lifecycle varied from different installation and using methods. Screen product is not recommended to directly wash with water, you can simply wipe off dust with damp cloth. For more details, please refer to the instruction sheet.
Ans: In Taiwan, just fill in online form then field service will be on your way.
Question: Can HISS products be installed by our own?
Ans: Ventilation doors got issues like carpentry or ironwork… so we don't recommend you install yourself. As the window/ door screen product, you can do it yourself if you accurately measure the dimension.
Question: How about the cost?
Ans: After order confirmed, we need you to sign the quotation, while charging 50% as deposit. The Balance will be paid after the field service.
Question: Does the product have warranty?
Ans: Yes, in Taiwan, it has one-year warranty.
